These terms and conditions
Constitute an agreement with Leisure Golf Services (PT Leo Golf Sukses Wisata).(incorporating website: www.Leisuregolfservices.com). By entering the site you accept these terms and conditions. The terms and conditions are subject to change at any time, and it is your responsibility to check these terms and conditions regularly in case there are any changes. Continuing to use the site after a change has been made is your acceptance of those changes.
1. Rate:
All prices are quoted in the US dollar. Our sales consultants will quote the price for your selected itinerary; subject to availability at the time you make your reservation. Once you have paid the deposit the price of your booking is fully guaranteed and will not be subject to any charges.
2. Booking Confirmation
All confirmations are generally confirmed by return whatsaap or e-mail within 2 working days. In case immediate confirmation is not possible, we will inform you of the booking status at the time of reservation.
3. Payment method:
Payment by bank transfer - we will send you our bank details and wiring instructions by email or wahtsaap upon booking confirmation.
4. Deposit and Cancellation
A/ Deposit
Full payment is not required at time of booking online (minimum 30 days before departure). Clients only pay in advance a deposit of: 30% -> 50% of the total payment. Depending on some special cases, clients are required to make full payment when confirms the booking (depend on the value of the package).
Payment must be made telegraphic transfer or bnak transfer.
Except as otherwise agreed by Leisure Golf Services (PT Leo Golf Sukses Wisata), Client’s payment shall be executed by cash, If Client use telegraphic transfer (T/T), the Client must pay any bank charges (internal and external fees) levied by the sending bank relating to transfers to Leisure Golf services account.
B/ Cancellation
CANCELLATION: You may cancel your travel arrangements with us at any time and must be informed in writing. Cancellation charges would be effective from the date we receive advice in writing and cancellation charges would apply as follows:
More than 45 days prior to trip departure: No charge.
** Note: The cancellation fees shall be varied up to specific itinerary.
5. Final Payment
The balance will be paid on arrival by customers (Cash: US$ or IDR).
6. Refund of Unused services
No Refunds or exchange can be made in respect of accommodation, meals, sightseeing tours, transports or any other services which are included in the tour prices but not utilized by the clients.
7. Vouchers
Vouchers will be issued by Leisure Golf after the booked trip is confirmed and payment is completed along with detailed pick up and meeting instructions. Service voucher will be sent by email/whatsaap or snail mail to Clients.
8. Special Request
(Special Requests (e.g. ground floor accommodation etc.) shall be communicated by the Consumer in writing to Leisure Golf at the time of making the booking. Leisure Golf Services (PT Leo Golf Sukses Wisata).shall use reasonable endeavors to fulfill such requests. However, special requests cannot be guaranteed and do not form part of the Contract. No liability shall attach to Leisure Golf Services (PT Leo Golf Sukses Wisata). for failure to comply with a special request.
9. CHANGES MADE BY SUPPLIERS
Regrettably, amendments may sometimes be necessary and errors occasionally occur. We reserve the right to make changes or correct errors at any time both before and after our confirmation.Flight timings, aircraft types and routings are subject to change for operational reasons.If a change does occur to your itinerary, we will inform you as soon as it is reasonably possible.
10. CANCELLATION MADE BY SUPPLIERS
Leisure Golf Services (PT Leo Golf Sukses Wisata) our suppliers reserve the right to cancel your travel arrangements in case the minimum number of guests required for a particular tour is not fullfilled. We will make every attempt to ensure that a comparable alternative is offered as soon as it is reasonably possible.
11. Liability and Insurance
A/ Liability:
We will always endeavor to ensure that any special requests you may make, e.g. Non Smoking Room, are fulfilled however it is not always possible to guarantee such requests. If any part of your travel arrangement is not provided, a suitable solution will be discussed and acted upon. We accept responsibility for the acts and/or omissions made by our employees. However we accept no responsibility for:
Our liability in all cases shall be limited to a maximum of twice the cost of your travel arrangements excluding insurance premiums and amendment fees. However our liability in respect of carriage by air, sea and rail and the provision of accommodation is limited in the manner provided by the relevant international conventions and conditions of carriage. It is a condition of the acceptance of liability above that you notify us of any claim in accordance with the conditions relating to complaints.
B/: Insurance
Leisure Golf Services (PT Leo Golf Sukses Wisata) is not responsible for any loss, injury or damage sustained by passengers incurred due to delay, accidents, natural disaster, political actions and unrest.
Clients are required to have full travel insurance. Airline schedules and local conditions may affect accommodation and itineraries. Should this occur, will endeavor to substitute suitable arrangement of similar value. Participation on any tour implies full agreement to above conditions by all parties involved.
12. COMPLAINTS & WHAT HAPPENS TO YOUR COMPLAINTS
IF YOU HAVE COMPLAINTS: If you have a problem during your trip, it is a legal requirement that you bring it to the attention of the relevant supplier (e.g. your hotelier or airline) as soon as possible. If you are unable to resolve the problem locally you must obtain written confirmation from the supplier of your complaint and follow this up by writing to us within 14 days of your return. WHAT HAPPENS TO YOUR COMPLAINTS: We hope that any complaint that you may have can be settled amicably as soon as possible. Our reservation staffs are empowered to deal with complaints on the spot, however where a complaint is not dealt with to the customer's satisfaction, Leisure Golf Services (PT. Leo Golf Sukses Wisata), management will intervene at any time and arrange a suitable solution.
